1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
2. Peel the skin off the avocado.
3. Lay the avocado halves flat side down. Slice the avocado thinly (2-3mm). Making each slice as consistent as possible.
4. Fan out avocado slices so they form a line (keep the cut pieces touching each other).
5. Starting from one end, curl avocado slices toward the center. Continue curling the avocado slices until you get a rose.
